Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen organic mixed berries Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Organic chia seeds Raw, whole
  • 1 scoop Plant-based protein powder Plain, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk Or filtered water
  • 1 handful Fresh organic spinach Washed

Equipment

  • 1 High-Speed Blender Necessary for a smooth, creamy texture.
  • 1 Measuring Spoons For accurate chia seed portions.
  • 1 Serving Bowl For the smoothie bowl presentation.

Method

  1. Pour the almond milk or filtered water into your blender first. Putting liquids at the bottom helps the blades spin smoothly.
  2. Add the plant-based protein powder and the chia seeds.
  3. Drop in the fresh organic spinach.
  4. Add the frozen organic mixed berries last. The frozen fruit acts like ice to give your drink a thick, frosty texture.
  5. Blend everything on high speed for about 60 seconds. Wait until the mixture looks completely smooth and no large chunks remain.
  6. Pour the thick smoothie base into your serving bowl, arrange your fresh berry and chia seed toppings, and enjoy immediately.
