Editorial Policy
Our mission
We publish practical, clean-eating guides and recipes that are easy to follow and backed by reputable sources.
How we create content
- We rely on primary research (peer-reviewed journals) and official organizations (e.g., NIH, USDA, WHO, etc.).
- We aim to attribute claims clearly and link to source materials when useful.
- We avoid exaggerated health promises and keep recommendations evidence-aware and practical.
Citations & linking
- We cite primary research (peer-reviewed journals) and official public-health organizations, and link to sources in-line next to key claims.
- When evidence is mixed or preliminary, we state limitations and avoid definitive promises.
- For nutrition values we reference authoritative nutrition databases (government or academic) and manufacturer labels; values are estimates and may vary by ingredients and preparation.
- Sponsored/affiliate links are clearly disclosed and do not influence editorial decisions (see Independence & disclosure).
Images & copyright
We use original photography where possible and properly licensed stock images when needed. We don’t knowingly publish copyrighted material without permission.
Review & updates
Articles show publish/updated dates. We periodically review content to correct inaccuracies, improve clarity, and add new evidence.
